Returns & Refunds

Summer Sale — all sale items are final. Every order placed during our Summer Sale is a discounted, sale-priced order, so Summer Sale purchases are final sale: no returns and no exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or fit. This is stated here and shown at checkout before you pay. Your protection if an order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong is unaffected — see below.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item — always covered

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@bedrok.store within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We make it right with a replacement or a full refund — your choice — and we cover the return shipping. This applies to sale items too; final sale never overrides your right to a working product.

Full-price items (outside the Summer Sale)

• Items bought at full price can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original unopened packaging.
• Items used even once — including a "didn't fit" — are not eligible.
• Email support@bedrok.store first for a return authorization. Items sent without one, or to any address other than the one we provide, are refused and not refunded.
• You pay return shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable.
• Once we receive and inspect the item and confirm it is unused and in original condition, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Not eligible

Sale and promotional items, including all Summer Sale orders; used, worn, or washed items; items missing original packaging; items returned without a return authorization; and requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
